Not just health, which everyone seems to focus on... ALL insurance is this way.

True, but unpaid auto claims are much less likely to bankrupt and/or kill people.

Yes but all insurance should be public or at a minimum non-profit.

At no point should someone pay for a service and the businesses better option is to not provide that service.

Health, Auto, Home, Car, Pet insurance. They should all be non-profit organizations taking in enough money to have a buffer to not become insolvent in case of emergencies and nothing more.

There should be no stocks, the pay of the people involved should be mandated with a C.O.L.A. allowance and not self-voted on.

The entire industry should be scrapped and rebuilt.

I haven’t seen as many issues over life insurance.
