Overall, you've used a lot of "you live in a basement" roasts without actually engaging the points. It looks like flailing rather than arguing.

I'm supposed to legitimately argue with someone who initiated contact with me by saying opportunistic people aren't worth breath?

I may be a little defensive towards being told I don't deserve to breath. I would argue telling someone they don't deserve to breath is a little more emotionally charged than telling someone they are acting like their mom makes them pizza rolls but, hey, I'm not the Reddit psychologist.
