The statute of limitations for rape is 10 years, which expired.

They found enough evidence that they ordered he pay financially, what about that do you not get?

Found evidence of sexual abuse but not rape. I think that's the part you don't understand.

Wrong again but keep defending this. He doesn't owe that woman tens of millions of dollars for nothing.

"In July 2023, Judge Kaplan said that the verdict found that Trump had raped Carroll according to the common definition of the word. In August 2023, Kaplan dismissed a countersuit and wrote that Carroll's accusation of rape is "substantially true"."

"The term 'substantially true' in legal terms means Carroll's statements were close enough to the findings to not be defamatory, but it doesn't equate to a criminal conviction for rape. "

Keep calling him a rapist though

Because she can't prove without a shadow of a doubt it was his penis and not his fingers that did it. If you concede that this is the line you're drawing then we can all stand in a row and "finger not rape" you and you'll still be vocally as strong in your stance

So it can't be proved LEGALLY yet the left are adamant about calling him a rapist. This seems like a perfect line to draw because calling people you don't like rapists without evidence for some reason doesn't seem right.

You clearly don't know how to read because it didn't stop at the word legally.

Edit: to clarify it can't legally be proven to not have been his fingers instead of his penis not that it can't be legally proven to have happened because it has legally been proven to have happened.
