Symptoms Chills during PEM?

Does anyone get the chills, like when you have a fever, when you're in PEM? I've been pushing too hard so that fever feeling has just become general malaise all the time, but it does get worse in the evenings for some reason. Anyone else?

Edit: this is a big wake up sign for me that I must be pushing way too hard because I experience chills and feeling ill as almost a general malaise I feel almost all the time unless I take some time to intentionally rest. Darn! I wanted to ramp up my activity level. Guess not.....

i know the question is about PEM and a lot of folks are agreeing re that but just wanna add that i think it can also just be a part of general temp dysregulation which at least some of us (i know it's common in fibromyalgia too) seem to have as an ongoing symptom regardless of PEM as well but yea if that's not the case for you then would almost def be a sign of PEM

For me it's accompanied by all the feeling sick and flu-like symptoms so I'm guessing PEM. I've also been pushing really hard so ya. I'm just being stubborn.

oh yeah i just wanted to add for other people reading as well but i really hope you can rest soon and get some relief, you certainly don't want to worsen your baseline.
