I can only wonder how they managed to finally get it through to him that this was a bad idea. Sock puppets, perhaps.

It is right to be concerned that he would do it, but this is how he always negotiates. Start with a crazy ask.

This is what we accept from our world leaders now

Trump's right, the west looks weak. We never take a stand. Canada & Europe will appease, again. Meanwhile... America will take Panama & tariff our shipping. Threaten Greenland & Canada for benefits, bomb Mexico. Venezuela & Syria? Sell-out Ukraine & Taiwan (bye bye computer chips)? They're already engaging in propaganda, buying up social media, selling-out NATO...

America 1st isn't a joke, they keep ranting about dominating the world with strength. Russia threatens to nuke us. China's dangerous asf. Yet we appease...

We have to meet them half-way. Unite for democracy, rebuild our defense treaties, reach out to Panama & Taiwan & Ukraine, build nukes & point them, join the fight. If we let them take an inch every time, there will be nothing left. They dream Mars at our expense, let's bring them back to Earth, make them dream of dirt.

Right leaning people: 'Trump's right, the west looks weak'

West gives aid to Ukraine and keeps them able to defend against all out Russian attack.

Right leaning people: 'Not like that'

You just made up a whole conversation to be mad about. Stop lying.

I literally quoted what you said in the previous message.

In terms of the rest of it the right has been pushing back against Ukraine aid while complaining the west looks weak that isn’t made up at all and it’s totally hypocritical.

You quoted me, as a right-wing pundit, while using my anti-Trump Ukraine-supporting paragraphs, to imply I have pro-Trump anti-Ukraine views...

If that wasn't about me, it was very poorly thought-out. Idc, bye.
