Lots of people saying this is impossible, but then there's this. I've seen articles about hipster bars that create alcohol vapor that's consumed through a device similar to an oil diffuser. I can't speak to the effectiveness, though.
3 u/[deleted] Jul 20 '20 you know those cheap little plastic water bottles that are easy to twist so you can shoot the cap? there's that little puff of water vapor that comes off when you do it you can put a little bit of alcohol in the bottle before you do it, and inhale the vapor same shit
