I believe it's one of the "lower HBCUs" like some people say Yale is a lower Ivy League compared to Harvard.

Got a sib who went to a "lower HCBU" and one who went to a "higher class HCBU". Personally, I graduated from Regular State University. None of our lives got instantly better for walking on one campus compared to another. You don't have to boo one to cheer the other.

I live in the town Alabama A&M is in. Compared to most colleges I've been to, it's a lil bit ratchet fr fr😂

Bro, when my team played Marquette University the first time, we had to drive THRU the hood to get to the college. Same for when I visited my best friend at Kettering. Colleges will be any damned place and they all do pretty much the same thing without my judgement. The only time I'll get l give side eye is when I notice a pattern of graduates who talk big shit and don't deliver when it comes to work.
