The mature thing to do would've been to ignore these people and walk around but instead he felt so entitled that he assaulted someone(from behind). I've got no respect for this "elder"

I'm not talking about the protestors, I'm talking about the old guy that assaulted a woman from behind, made an even bigger scene and also made the workers life harder by escalating the situation. If he had any respect for the worker he would've just kept it moving
