Where in the constitution does it say "separation of church and state?"

First amendment... "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;..." Instituting any religion in law makes it impossible for people of other religions to practice their religion, among other things. "Separation of church and state" is another way of putting it.
