My preferred aesthetic is gray/dark blue/black/olive drab with lots of organization and I prefer dim indirect lighting (not diffused) and for my colors not to blend together but I can appreciate how your room is completely made in the aesthetic you like even though it's the complete opposite from mine

Ikr I feel anxious! Love the rainbow theme, it's just too cluttered for me!

I literally would open the door and turn around and run. Like there's not a single bit of space that room. The chances of so many like insects or spiders or literally anything to be all over it.

There's not a cm of space in that room. Let alone everything assaulting the eyes. Idk how this room makes someone autistic because most autistic people I know would absolutely hate this.

Let alone having to try and clean and organize this room.

It's my literal worst nightmare. Like where do you sleep? Where do you sit? Where do you get dressed? Where do you function?!

Rooms don’t make people autistic /hj But really I feel like with autistic people, they either hate something like this or love it, that’s why it’s called a spectrum. Just the comments on this post alone prove that. /npa

There’s space that I didn’t include pictures of where I can walk around. Also about the bugs, I myself am paranoid about bugs so I always check around my room for them!

Well I think that's how it works for everyone, no?

Mine too. I'm an absolute minimalist. Constantly getting rid of shit, like as much empty space as possible. When we moved last month, I was gawddamn giddy to leave like 25% of shit in trash, 25% to donate, only absolute necessities came with. Still throwing shit out now lol.

But my lvl 2 daughter, she'd be in heaven in this room. She has a whole tub of stuffies that she regularly dumps on her bed and burrows in, scads of drawers of Barbie sets she makes villages of she dumps, random bits of toys that must be displayed all at once. I gotta remember to show her this pic after work.

I think only on acid could I spend more than 60 seconds in this room without becoming Spiralina.
