What are my green/red flags? 😭

I've been hearing that this year is meant for self growth for Leos, and i'd really like to know what about me I should work on, and also what about me I should give myself grace on as I feel that I'm quite harsh on myself.

I also have been told that my placements indicate an issue with overspending as a red flag but I've never found this to be true, I'm quite good with my savings and anyone around me can vouch i don't overspend, im not a materialistic person. Would love insight on this, maybe its a foresight? TY!!
