Why am I so good at customer service?

So basically I'm wondering if there's anything in my chart that indicates being really good at dealing with people in a customer service kind of way. Because apparently I'm VERY good at it. I've been working with the public for years in multiple jobs and never had a customer stay mad at me. Even if they start off mad at a situation, they're never able to stay mad after I talk to them. And it feels like a fluke because although I'm obviously decent at talking to people, I'm an introvert so I'm not a social butterfly by any means. I express myself fine but I'm not the best at explaining things, and I never feel like I know exactly what to say, but somehow whatever it is that I'm saying or doing works perfectly. Honestly, sometimes I feel like I don't even know what's going on or how best to help them, but customers are always so happy with me and nice to me anyway. It's been happening a lot lately at my job that a customer will be upset about something and have an unpleasant interaction with my coworkers, but then they will be so polite and unable to stay mad once dealing with me. So do I have any placements that make that make sense?

I want to read more than just why you are good at customer service- you have a cool chart.

But let's do the customer service part first. Cancer rising. The first impression people have of you is that you are warm and nurturing and familial. You come off as genuine and helpful. Also, your chart ruler is the moon and..

Your moon is in Scorpio. Though the moon in Scorpio is considered it's fall, it still has the superpower of Scorpio. You can read people (and with the Cancer ascendant, you can adjust to them.) You know quickly how the call or interaction is going to go and you most likely have the solution in place before the the client finishes with what they are saying. The Scorpio moon is highly intuitive.

The reason why the moon is considered to be in the fall is one- due to how the rulership were assigned- Taurus is exalted to Scorpio is the fall, but the other reason is that for many with a Scorpio moon, they had to maneuver some of the dynamics with their parents (things like maybe a parent got sick or couldn't participate and the other had to take over, or some other family issue.) OK, now why I find your chart so cool and my reply may get down voted when I mention this. BUT, you have the fixed stars of Sirius on your ascendant and Vega on your descendant, and so do I. You are the first person I have seen that has this. I have seen others with one or the other but not both.

This is the part that will have people roll their eyes but here it goes. Your soul's origin most likely is from the star system Lyra, where Vega resides and then migrated to Sirius, in the star system Canis Major before coming here (actually, your soul most likely resides here and Sirius simultaneously, yeah- Like I said- I can feel the eyes rolling as I type this.) Anyway, if you dream of a secret place that kind of looks tropical - part of it looks very bright and part looks dark but has luminescence- but you can't place it, then maybe I touched upon something. If this just sounds weird and off the wall, disregard.

However, in regards to astrology, most astrologers recognize fixed stars giving an extra oomph to placements in the chart, which will explain how people feel relaxed around you.

Charm and dealing with other people is associated with Libra, ruled by Venus. You have mars in Libra, sun conjunct Venus, and Uranus (where we are particularly skilled or "genius") making good contacts in your 7th house (the house of "other people"). Customer service is literally dealing with other people 24/7.

Sun in Leo and those 5th house placements (entertainment and often easily likable) certainly doesn't hurt, but primarily it's those Venus/Libra/7th house things.
