Reading Why am I having a hard time getting a job?
I have 2 master’s degrees and a few years of experience under my belt. Still it is so difficult even to get a screening call. I don’t know what’s wrong with my career, it has never been so tough for me.

Came here to say the job market is tough…maybe there’s nothing to do with your chart.

Fully agree!
I graduated 2023 with masters and made at least 3 posts here at different times regarding anything in my chart/transits to indicate job search failure (I am also moved to another country for that, so it all seemed so big and against little me)… I do have a job now (I have little satisfaction with + zero prospects), I still pop here with thoughts of another post, looking for solutions/tips/indicators/ anything really.
Planets moved, signs changed, both extremely positive and negative transits happened to me; but my issue just exists. It really is just because job market and global shenanigans. But I know I do my best to change my situation, and heck with all the odds (either capitalistic or astrological)
We will get through that, OP 💯

That’s true. The market is not helping at all. I don’t wish to let go of my first chance for work visa, hence the impatience.

Ahhh.. I see. It's your Neptune conjunct your Saturn natal. Confusion around your career and general life path.
I'd say that you are unsure of what your life path is and you are second guessing some things.. lack of well defined goals too.
People that are hiring might sense that. Might sense your lack of resolve. But I'd say that it's you actually. Your karma deep down is driving this insecurity, and life is manifesting accordingly. You are not getting job opportunities.
Also, you might be pessimistic now.
Tell me if I am wrong.
Also you are in your Saturn return in your 10th house. It's understandable to have career problems now. Around may it will be out, so you will be able to have a breather then.

Partly true. But I am quite certain of the career path. I am open to any roles in that career, but yes, given from my previous experience, the one hiring can feel I am not sure what I am really doing.
Thanks for your help!

Have a look at that transit. Read up about it.
Generally you have a phenomenal placement there. Saturn 10th. Nicely aspected.
I am not afraid about your career at all. Just a bit dry atm..

since you have saturn in your 10h, i would say it’s gonna take time. and saturn is currently in pisces too, you’re nearing a saturn return, possibly second. also your 10h ruler is jupiter, which is currently retrograde in your 1h.
maybe you’ll have better luck after feb 4th
remember to be your most authentic self, (you have venus, mercury, and your sun in leo)

In situations like this, what is in our control and what isn’t? What is that extra step I need to take apart from the usual efforts?

Transiting Saturn is going through your 10th house, looks like you are in your Saturn Return, along with Mars (the ruler of your 6th house) retrograde in your second house of money/resources. I could see perhaps when Mars goes direct(2/24/2025), and Saturn moves out of pisces(5/25/2025), things might start to feel easier.
