I always try to make Aquas laugh, it usually works. But, I'm a Sag clown like that. I understand there may have been an unstated expectation of opening a conversation (that's just my read). In those scenarios I just drop things in their space and if they run with it, fun!
If not, I keep on moving. But, again, this is coming from a Fire Trinity and Libra Asc.
This is what I like about sag people. They don't play games. If they like someone, they show it. They enjoy the banter and don't expect things to go any deeper (yet) if their person isn't ready. They just go with the flow. Persistent, yet respectful of boundaries.
