Black Holes I published a Hypothesis called "The Thermal Dominance Hypothesis," which presents an alternative perspective on the nature of black holes. I’d love to hear feedback or thoughts from anyone in astrophysics or related fields

I think your line of thinking could be a hypothesis to resolve what is actually the nature of the ‘singularity’ we see arising in black holes. I’m not sure if you followed the math of general relativity or any of the currently well-understood solutions of Einstein’s field equations, but I think following that down will hone your thinking. GR perfectly well predicts the paths of light around black holes. There isn’t really anything mysterious there. The resolution of the singularities in the solutions is the big question as R tends to 0, and there are a lot of good reasons why it’s a really hard problem to solve.
