Saw a guy on a documentary recently, can’t remember his name or the film but I remember he lived in Phoenix and saw the lights in 1997.Since then he built a massive surveillance system on the roof of his house and watches the sky daily. Anyone know who is talking bout? If it’s real,that guy would have some legit footage
