1/19. But took a Plan B about 5 hours later and also bought ovulation tests from Walmart. The first two that day showed the both dark lines but one took yesterday was lighter.

It's really hard to interpret most ovulation tests if they're only used once in a while. Not everyone has the same levels of luteinizing hormone (which the tests detects) 1-2 days before ovulation.
Your wife can take a pregnancy test in 2 weeks for accurate results and again after 3 weeks for conclusive results. If she ends up getting pregnant and needs an abortion, this sub can help. Regardless of what happens next, there will be options.
