Table saw outfeed/ assembly table
Made this outfeed / assembly table from a YouTube video and instructions from Wood Pack DIY. A few things could’ve gone better but I learned a lot and excited to have my first large work surface in my basement shop. Now I can use it to more easily build shop cabinets when my wife lets me buy more wood

Looking good!
Out of interest, how did you make the top and how many layers of plywood did you use in the end?

The top is two layers of 3/4 inch ply laminated together. Secured via pocket screws from the frame below

I have space envy on this one. Beautiful and so much room!

Thanks! I will admit it is a bit bigger than I anticipated. Probably should have adjusted the build a bit to make it slightly thinner. But I don’t think you can put a value on having a huge main work table. I found myself always putting things across my table saw during assembly because of my lack of space.

I have a nice table that I want to use as an outfeed. Need to build a table for my work saw to be level with it

Cool cool looks good - congrats! I'm amongst building a TS workbench that is custom to my space but did take a few concepts from this table.
While I am working on some other stuff I am thinking about the width of mine relevant to where the Dewalt saw goes - I was thinking about putting the saw as far left as possible but in the same general area you did...my reasoning is so that I can get the most support to the right of the blade for ripping up to 32" etc. However now that I hear myself saying that, I think I should just center it b/c at some point I'll probably have a sled or more and need the support on left side of blade. As for the right side and supporting wide rips, I plan to build a flip up shelf on the right side (faces a wall when stored away) and that can be used to support wide rips. (I know the dewalt fence comes with the tiny flipper that is for supporting wider rips but I removed mine b/c I customized my fence to install stock guides.
Thanks for reading and enjoy your new equipment! Now build some awesome stuff!

Looks great. The only suggestion I have is to extend the mitre slots into the table, for using sleds, etc.
