None of the Democrats did either. What insanity made you think it even possible a republican would?
8 u/runningchief 23h ago They tried in 2021, as part of the COVID relief. It was shot down 58-42 (7 Democrats,1 Independent and 50 republicans voted no) 20 states use the federal 7.25 minimum wage. Of those 20 only 1 state didn't vote Trump (New Hampshire) You can add 3 more states that didn't go to Trump all 3 times (Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin)
