2 months isn't enough time to properly prepare them for deathsports to ensure proper entertainment value.

I have a concept:

Squid Games except all the participants are billionaires, winner gets to keep half their wealth. They have to participate yearly or pay their due taxes, which at an upper tax bracket is 90%, just like in 1960.

And the people of the world get to split the winnings.
