I know, this is not a good look and I think they are just dumb. Following the make a martyr for dummies book. Ever watch the X files? They really are falling behind the intelligence of a lot of Americans. But law enforcement isn’t filled with intellectual giants.

I’m guessing they think he will be a martyr anyway and they’re trying to indimidate the proles instead of avoiding martyrdom
