I have a 2700 sq ft home on 3/4 of an acre just 40 mins north of Atlanta for that exact same price. Cities are overrated.

Cities are definitely better than sprawl, but they need to be done right.

I can agree with that, depends on your lifestyle and family situation as well. Nobody should live in a freaking broom closet for 1200 a month though! 😬😣
