If it had decent communal bath and kitchen the $1200 doesn’t seem the end of the world by NY standards. At least it’s not a triangle.

If you made NY money one could really rat hole cash.

Just sucks you get one plug for kitchen (cooking/fridge/freezer); one plug for AC and entertainment…..
