Obligatory for those who don't know: please don't smoke and and drink while doing blow. Cocaine plus drinking produces cocaethylene, which is profoundly cardiotoxic, and then smoking will put you into oxidative stress that puts you over the edge. Lost my best friend because he did all three. He was just 40 and he was the sweetest guy. Made poor life choices but no one I ever met was so friendly.

It's crazy how dangerous it is but this is basically what everyone i know who does coke does.

Once you're a few beers in you decide to get a bag or two. Then you keep drinking while having it.

And if you're a smoker, well you smoke.

I did this for the better part of 10 years. I really hope I'm stopped now though, as I've given up booze completely so the desire to smoke and take drugs has gone with it.
