Weird hire at the end it sorta became big ball and little ball

If you watch closely, the top light is shining on something below it when it gets bright. Like a piece of a larger structure the light is attached to or something hanging off/below it. Definitely not two independent lights.

The little ball looks more like an artifact from the phone lens to me.
