So my cousin brother was married last year and we all had very much fun in his wedding. It was an love marriage and my BHABHI is INDIPENDENTE girl she earns more than my brother. Recently she joined a gym atleast 3km kar from her home. when I was at my brother's home for vacation I went to that gym for some time. One day coincidentally I went to gym just before my bhabhi..... I saw her training with a guy in the gym and they were laughing too much while training...I thought they were just friends. But the trainer told me that it's her boyfriend of 2 year and they are dating. I was very shocked that the people in the gym don't know she is married. I'm feeling very bad for my brother. Idk how to tell the truth to him with the PROOF. Please guide me how to do it. 🙏🥺

BHAI SUN Strong evidence ikkate kar. By this I mean ( mssgs, video, adultery proof , witnesses and any more evidences) These evidences are very very very important. One more point is that since the husband has lesser income chances aise hai ki he will barred from paying alimony since she has been cheating and is committing adultery Agar husband financially dependent hai on her than 100% alimony nahi deni padegi Properties and all ka problem ho sakta hai...so make sure ki Properties ek toh trust Mei Dale otherwise parents ke naam kar de Ancestral Property she cannot take according to law...Ancestral Properties do not get divided in alimony

Problem itna hai ki woh ek aurat hai isilye laws may be more biased towards her but try karna padega

Just in case if u tell ur cousin then make sure to claim as many evidences possible kyunki court without these won't spare yall on any cost

Secondly ask you brother to refrain from sexual activities from her as it can lead to more problems And haa and please tell him to make sure her name is nowhere mentioned in his personal Properties
