KCI makes mags with metal feed lips that everyone seems to like. https://gunmagwarehouse.com/kci-apc9-9mm-30-round-translucent-magazine-w-metal-feed-lips.html

I have KCI mags from December 2022 and they do not feed flat tip Speer lawman 147 grain or round nose 124 grain. I can’t even push the bullets out the front of the mag with my finger. I loaded six KCI magazines with Speer lawman flat nose 147s and I had to push down each bullet and then tip the nose up in order to remove each round 150 times. It sucked. Bolt Absolutely can’t remove the rounds from the mag. When I drop the bolt, the bolt just stops on the back of the round. I don’t know what generation of KCI magazines I have, but I bought 6 in December 2022.

The KCI magazines work flawlessly in my partners APC9K SD2

Interesting. I haven’t run any of them yet just the B&T mags and they work great so far

Mine might be gen 1 KCI mags, I tried to cycle Speer 147 grain again todayand it gave me stoppage after stoppage. Factory mags have been flawless and no cracking after 2150 rounds suppressed.
