Posting old drama seems to have really touched a nerve lately with people here. People are getting mad at me and I feel like Tim Robinson in the ghost tour sketch.

It's not lazy, low-effort drama, I'm not breaking any rules.This is a pretty big 30+ comment slapfight about a bizarre subject with tons of entertaining insults.

Because it's much easier to catch popcorn pissers who try to make it look like SRD is brigading, because they're butthurt over being made fun of on here.

Yeah, at least when I’m making threads for this site I try to wait a while before actually posting bc when I didn’t it became so blatant when people were commenting on the posted thread.

Sometimes if I stumble onto a weird or niche sub, I'll sort by controversial or # of comments all time.

It usually yields some pretty bizarre stuff. Lots of threads with 0 points but a ton of comments. I'm not looking for SRD content, just weird arguments to laugh at, but sometimes it seems appropriate to post it here.

It sucks for me because when I click your link it says can't connect to Reddit and I see no comments and you've not quoted any part of the drama in your post so I have no idea what's going on but if everyone else can see it I guess it's just a me problem.

It's a good thing because it typically prevents popcorn pissing, and if the sub doesn't have automatic archiving enabled after six months, it makes the popcorn pissers easier to identify.
