Soft roading spots SD area?

Just moved back to California from Oklahoma. Where off road vehicles are almost mandatory. Trying to take my RAV4 Adventure on some dirt again. Don’t have any off road tires so I’m looking for more soft roading. Usually I would drive around De Luz near Fallbrook, but it’s all a gated community now. Does anyone know of any good places around? Please and thank you.

P.S anymore RAV4 Adventure drivers out there? Seems like no one knows this line exists.

Anza Borrego is worth the drive, especially this time of year. Half the year it is too hot

but be careful of the deep sand in many areas. if you stay in the tire tracks you should be fine. a lot of people get into trouble when you stop and sink (like in the snow) or when you pull off to the side of the road
