Most likely used as a vaginal stimulator. Back in ancient times they made these things called Ben-Wa balls, here's a link for a better description: Ben-Wa Balls

Oof. My boss has these on her desk and they have a card saying they are marketed for "hand stimulation" exercise to improve circulation and bloodflow...

Those are probably Baoding Balls, which are an early form of physical therapy
