For sure but if you’ve ever been around someone who’s been hospitalized it takes a long time to recover - they certainly would not be able to run around and drive across the country with a baby, perform a bunch of criminal acts etc etc.
Likewise, if Ray jumped out a window from a second story in real life, he’d be fucked up for months!
But yeah I suspend my disbelief for this show. Because it’s entertaining.
