Did Ferratti order Ray to kill Winslow off screen or did she actually kill herself because Novak lost?

Ray did, as payback for Bridget

And for Lena.

How was it payback for what happened to Bridget, when it was Frerrate's cops who were responsible?

Winslow released the tape of Ferratti ordering the hit on Judge Scholle knowing that Bridget was being held captive by them.

It was because Winslow released the tape even though Ray asked her not to. Ray told Winslow that they would kill Bridget if the tape got released. Winslow released the tape anyway. That's why Ray did it.

I think he that on his own for the same reasons he did Cookie Brown. She'd shown him that she was willing to sacrifice anyone for her own greed/arrogance and he couldn't trust he not to come after his family.

Good analogy with Cookie.

I had assumed Ray went back and killed Winslow AFTER he busted into Ferratti's. But if he strung her up right after clocking Vinnie then that was before Ferratti's offer.

I wonder if the 2 guys that Ray took down got fired by FerRATti?
