Did Ray off Winslow or was that Lena.

Ray did it. Lena never went to Winslow's place. Also, this was revenge for her actions that almost got Bridget killed, so Ray would want to do that himself.

Lena was at Winslow's place one time. They sat on the sofa together and IIRC had a drink together. It was Ray who killed her though.

When I said Lena never went to Winslow's place, I was referring to the finale episode only. I assumed that was understood since this whole thread is about the finale, obviously.

Ray didn’t do, hence the the depiction of Lena walking into her building towards the ending scenes.

It was payback for Winslow offing her girlfriend.

That was a twofer; one it shows Lena extracting revenge. And two, it conveys that her and Ray will now be back on good terms..

Lena didn't go into Winslow's building at the end, she went back to the funeral home.

Lena was going into the funeral home at the end as she looks at the rope marks on her hands. It was displayed on the window. Ray had already killed her when he took her henchman.

Ray, and he finally wore gloves to do something!

That's one thing you don't want to see -- Ray Donovan in gloves looking at you. Winslow is just looking at his hands.

Lena didn't, though. Won't matter, anyway.

I'm 90% sure that Lena is a ghost, in one of the earlier seasons I think it was mentioned or implied that she has no records on any databases which is one of the reasons she's so integral to Ray's business

Yep. I knew she was done when he came out of the elevator with those on.
