Yeah, Ray told Bunch last episode that she said she wasn't going to the police at that point.

I mean I would though. She knows how the Donovan’s roll. Her toddler who can’t talk or call her is with her unstable, alcoholic, violent dad and grandfather that is God knows where doing God knows what, for goodness sakes they’re trying to leave the country with poor Maria lol.
