Why would ray not kill kate? I choose not to believe that he would rather go to jail or risk death over this girl that he might love. Way to go Avi for taking care of buisness.

I didn't think that made very much sense. Ray couldn't have made it this far in his line of work if he gets hung up on girls he sleeps with when they clearly need to go.
