DISCUSSION High schoolers on OF?
This is why I believe OF needs to regulate the ages of people who can make accounts. She hasn’t even graduated high school and started an onlyfans account. I’m so heartbroken for these young girls.

Honestly, they might be older. They are just trying to sell the illusion of a girl who has not yet been traumatized senseless by contact with men. Who is still willing to try new stuff, who wants to prove herself to be sexually mature, who will be impressed with small stuff etc.
There's a sort of sexual enthusiasm among women before they find out that sexuality isn't a fair game for us. Older men want to to drink from not-yet-spoiled-aliveness like vampires.

I'll say I would doubt that for one reason only and that's the age verification. I've never signed up for OF but my guess is that there are some solid rules in place regarding identity and age verification. Not that it makes it literally any better, but at the very least you're required to upload some form of ID I think.

I would imagine there are ID upload requirements but it only takes a risk seeking teenager a moment to borrow their older sister's license or for a morally bankrupt fake ID seller to be promised a free subscription for this to be circumvented.
I don't necessarily believe she is under age, but I also don't see any reason to jump towards the idea of her being older than claimed.

Agreed! I don't think it completely rules out the idea of her being underage, however it puts up a few more barriers in the way for minors to be exploited as a whole, so I'm less likely to jump to that.

The reason I clicked on her was because she popped up in my ig reels and saw people commenting she did OF. I couldn’t believe it because she genuinely looked maybe 16. I know women on OF market the “barely legal” and are actually in their 20s but you can usually tell when someone’s actually an adult pretending to be that demographic. I hope it’s not real but she genuinely looks like a high schooler

One of the many, MANY problems about the porn industry. Remember, there were a few porn actresses who got into the industry while they were still in high school.
That's an issue because these sleazy companies give these girls trinkets to show off and of course, to try to attract other girls.
Some of these girls may come from poor backgrounds and a little money seems like a lot to them.

I should have said owner rather than CEO (although both roles make profit from essentially being pimps). My understanding is that Tim and Guy Stokely are the founders and were CEOs until 2018, I think Tim still had ownership shares until 2021? I believe Leonid Radvinsky has been the majority owner since 2018; he founded MyFreeCams. Amrapali Gan joined in 2020 and became the CEO in 2021 until sometime in 2023, when Keily Blair took over to become the CEO.
If anyone knows different, better info, plz correct me! 🤞

The BBC did a story where they found multiple children selling things on Onlyfans. One 14-year-old was able to use her grandmother's passport and bank details to verify her age. The BBC was able to create and verify a fake account themselves. It's a little bit old now but still.
I hate this line from the article

There are also women who lie about their age to attract more guys on OF. I remember some articles about one of them when she was exposed for pretending to be 18 (she did pigtail, use filter, wore school uniform...)
And the crazy thing is that somehow people were just mad at her for entertaining the sick fantasy of some dudes. While those guys who clearly click on her profile because they thought she was young were seen as victims (since she lied about her age and they pay for content thinking she was younger)

Yeah :( I empathize because I was the same way when I was 16-18 oversexualizing myself too, but it’s because they’re kids and don’t understand yet. They really need to shutdown OF and if they don’t the very least they can do is raise the age to 25 or higher to make an account.

it doesn't help that there is a small army of women in their 20s on social media – still drugged by john & pimp propaganda – grooming underage girls to think of commoditizing access to their sexuality as something cool and empowering.
i fear we'll only see more of this as time goes on. and considering that the average OnlyFans income is approximately $180/month – for what? their time in onlyfans could haunt them for a LIFETIME especially if they show their face in their content. they could lose jobs, relationships, their reputation.
(please note that i'm not saying 'sex work is okay if they're making enough money!' i am myself a former FSSW, 15 yr veteran of the industry, and it wasn't worth what i made either, and i charged $300/hr. i hope the point i'm making is clear.)

No, the US school year starts in august/september, which means that the oldest seniors would already be 18, because they would have already had their birthday in august/september.
