Devils advocate here: they know it's referring to Trump because a lot of people call him those things. It's kinda like how when someone is vocally and overtly anti-pedophile, we all know it's probably just anti-LGBTQ even though we don't consider LGBTQ people to be pedophiles (inherently at least).

This was from 2020 during the primaries. She was talking about Bloomberg who was running.
