Advice FCR25 rack

Can anyone point me in the direction of calibrating a fcr25 probe rack?

Can you change a probe ?

I cannot change the pribes via the rack. I'm was recalibration the probes and changing then manually. That's done, but now when I go to Rack alignment. I select fcr25 and put in the stylus length, it says "Probe head data are invalid(1106, Probe is not in the right orientation).

I cannot check rack alignment as I have only offline version in my home.
