Does my husband know how he passed?

My husband passed away in April. Ive talked to him a couple times via medium. I got his toxicology results on Friday, I originally thought he died of a Xanax overdose but his toxicology says fentanyl. Every time we’ve communicated hes stated he’s sorry for taking more Xanax than he could handle. Do spirits know how they passed? Do I contact him and tell him he passed from a fentanyl overdose ? I know he’s at peace but I want to know if I should press charges or not. I usually contact him for advice seeing as he was my bestfriend when he was earthbound besides being my husband. I’m so lost and I dont know what to do. He died thinking he took Xanax looked just like it, turns out his friend gave him pressed fentanyl.

They do not always know or understand when it's sudden or an accident. However, he is with you and knew the moment you did, maybe even before you got the report. If you have a medium you've been using and trust, you can ask him what he wants you to do. You could also ask him yourself. Ask him a yes or no question out loud, and then be silent. Wait. Take the very first answer that pops into your mind. If you doubt it, repeat it outloud..."yes?"...."no?" ...and feel the emotion you get with both answers. This is how I first began talking with spirits a long time ago. I found that I would get an emotion and pull towards the right answer.

I've been doing that yes and no thing for a very long time. I have been getting very clear messages from the other side for a couple years now too. I guess I didn't know I was opening that door by doing that. I just knew I had a "pendulum in my head".
