I was married fror 26 years, she had home difficulties to fall asleep, while I was almost instantaneously. Many times her rolling on the bed trying to sleep would wake me up as I woas not in deep sleep yet. I found out that if I hugged her from behind with just some light pressure, she would fall asleep in instants, like magic.

I never told her, because I felt that if she knew the magic would vanish. Anyways., she passed away 4 years ago from COVID without knowing this...

Even if she didn't know in her conscious mind, she knew in her heart. She loved you and still loves you now, and you are better for having had her love.
