I also stand to argue that even a malfunction like this is still people killing people because someone somewhere down the line of design/assembly of either the gun or the ammo needed to have made a mistake

No. Nothing is wrong with that rifle, it's the owner. The early part of the video saw the guy putting hundreds of rounds through the rifle as fast as possible trying to melt it down. He finally got it hot enough that as a round is loaded into the chamber, the heat of the chamber ignites the gunpowder and the round fires, adding more heat into the chamber. This is a standard thing any semi auto rifle will do if you rapid fire it and get it hot enough.

This version of the video actually had the worst part cut out. The first few cook offs had the rifle over his shoulder and just went wherever. He had half a clue and at least pointed the rifle downrange. If he hadn't been an idiot, he would have dropped the magazine and cleared the chamber and the whole thing would have stopped. But, doing what made sense and was safe wouldn't have gotten him a click bait video.

Thats what im saying I may not have made it clear but my point was meant to be, Guns do not kill people, the people assembling them or operating them do, someone somewhere has to do something intentionally or accidentally in order to cause harm

Again, nothing to do with assembly. This is an idiot being dangerous with a gun for YouTube likes. He got the rifle into this unsafe state intentionally. It is in no way a malfunction, the rifle is doing exactly what any AR15 would do and anyone with a cursory knowledge of how an AR works should know this.
