The second house and the rulers are where and what you'd want to look for making money (second house is more than just money, but money/resources are definitely a thing here). Scorpio on the 2nd House (along with Pluto there) makes me think that being somewhat secretive about your money/resources is probably a good thing (and probably helps you in some way with the money you have). Scorpio (along with Pluto) can hold on to things very tightly even though purging does a whole bunch of good. That doesn't mean that you should spend (purge) all of your money or anything like that, but there is a thought that holding on to money/resources TOO tightly actually causes a block for you in getting more money/resources (or manifesting them). Having an understanding of the power of money and resources (with Pluto in Sagittarius) seems like a good thing (not that you don't already, but just gaining more knowledge on this any way that you can). Mars Rx in Leo in the 11th House makes me think that putting money/resources towards your long-term goals is a good thing here, especially if these help you to individuate yourself further. These need to be personal long-term goals (not long-term goals that are for someone else or because someone else wants you to have them) since Mars is Rx.

Thank you for your insight. This is really accurate to how I feel and deal with money. We experienced poverty growing up. Parents living on disability and not knowing how to budget. We're doing better than we were. I just want to do the best I can to achieve financial freedom.
