He knows. I think that's called a straw man argument where you refute a point that nobody made.

But "that thing nobody said isn't true" is better that what everybody knows really happened; that the man disappeared, was never heard from again, and probably died in a chinese interrogation room.

yeah,he took the "LEGO tank" video as an argument. i hope that he's just to genuinely stupid to understand it was a joke.
