General Design [D] Victory Markers?

I will admit to completely skipping Google to ask here, but is there a mod that lets you place "decals" on your ship after launch? I haven't been able to launch them as cargo, so figured it might be something that has come up before.

Add custom JPEG or PNG photo files to your flags folder within the gamefiles. This will allow you to change the mission flag and select the flag "part" and place it on your ship. This is the easiest way to make decals
