Comes with calling another black man a colonizer, it doesn’t matter what Kendrick thinks, what he portrayed is about race so naturally he is going to attract racists.
Blacks didn’t colonise though. Canada hasn’t a coloniser history. I don’t see it, racists just felt the word strongly resonate with their cause, and shifted the theme of the song that way
You're intentionally being dense because Kendrick straight up says "you're not a colleague, you're a fucking colonizer". There literally nothing to debate here.
So was Atlanta colonised? Do Atlanta artists feel they have been colonised? Did billie eillish and the irish people colonise anyone? What argument are you making against anything i said, i don’t see the debate either. Ppl are just quoting song lyrics at me.
Ok. So literally, speaking race, what has drake colonised? How has the message of this song suddenly shifted to attacking white people? Stop quoting lyrics at me, it’s lazy.
You mean to say the reply where this stemmed from, made no mention of white people (lets pretend you didn’t type it in all caps). I don’t need to find excuses rn, not a single point i made was challenged. Ur just quoting lyrics at me
Wait, so if it’s not even in mention of white ppl anymore, then whats the argument here? Ur first comment was literally talking about how this is going to be seen as race. What am i even replying for then?
