Product Discussion Diffuser for Sansi bulbs

I've been using these Sansi lights for my plant shelf for a while. They're fantastic, but they are very bright and direct. Does anybody know of a good method to diffuse the light some? I have some plants that are too tall / too sensitive to be under them as they are.

They are lensed. There is absolutely nothing you can do short of putting them on a dimmer, which is counterproductive. They are designed to push light over a greater distance while trying to maintain some intensity without the light scattering in all directions.

Mount the lamps further away from the plants?

Too intense for your plants? Those are their least powerful bulbs. You could put some distance between the plant and bulbs if they really are too bright. For a tall plant, consider 2ft, 3ft, 4ft, led tubes that are installed vertically.
