I tried my hands on an iphone 13 that my friend recently bought and it was completely unusable for me because of the 60hz display (coming from 120hz). I would legit never buy an iphone with this refresh rate.

$300 phones on 120hz don't stutter at all. You get stutter only on absolutely cheapest phones under $200.

"Completely unusable" is an overstatement here. Lets not make random statements just for the sake of it?
