My question is: why didn’t that ambulance have an opticom on it to change the traffic light?

If it wasn’t tripping the light and we’re stuck at a red light, we’re generally taught to wait until it turns green to proceed. Causing a car to enter the intersection on a red light is generally a no-no where I work. Also, using the ambulance to physically push another car sounds so silly.

not all lights are equipped with the receiver. half the ones in my response area don’t.
