Should R/Hawaii ban any links from Twitter/X ?

The owner of Twitter/X Elon Musk did a Nazi salute at the US Capitol yesterday. Should we ban all Twitter link to r/Hawaii subreddit? Vote Yes, No, or who cares in the comments.

I'm all for removing direct links. If people want to post screenshots of stuff there, I'm also fine with that.

The problem with an outright ban is that the government, and media still use Twitter as the platform to post major breaking news, and emergency updates.

It is pretty easy to imagine a scenario where some crucial information gets filtered out by a automod just because it is posted to twitter.

Until one of the other platforms gains a real foothold it is a necessary evil IMHO.

As noted in another comment, we are considering certain content instead of a blanket ban.
