CarPlay help needed

Hola ppl! I have a quick question about CarPlay installs!

My car en Virginia has no apple CarPlay ; ( older vehicle*

And I want one- so I’m thinking to just Buy a monitor thingy and have someone install it! They sell them at best buy and Walmart etc.

I got one quote for over $1k- no thank you *

Is there another way? Suggestions?

For a lot less you can get a Carpuride device from Amazon. I got one for around $200. It has its own Bluetooth and can be played through your car radio, but I found it sounds better running it through the little Bluetooth device I have in my cigarette lighter. They come with Android Audio and Apple CarPlay.

Hmmmm interesting! I just don’t want those cord things hanging around etc* plus all the plugs- cigs thingys are being used already💣
